16 years of writeyoursong music projects in the Tannheim aftercare clinic
For many years, we have accompanied every orphan rehabilitation center in Tannheim with our one-day music project. Up to eight families participate, and each time a moving, unique song is created, which the participating families write and record for their deceased children. Sometimes we receive permission from the group to present the resulting song here on our website. This is the case with this song, "The Anchor," which was recorded on Saturday, July 12, 2025, and which we are pleased to present here, with warm greetings and thanks to the wonderful participants:
one-day group project
with our team and mobile recording studio at your location
Ideal number of participants: 5 to 25 people (larger groups possible)
real songwriting, no pre-made playbacks
Result: a professional music production
The resulting song is GEMA and royalty-free. All rights are retained by the client.
The one-day writeyoursong project is ideal as a creative component in social and/or therapeutic work.
The participants are songwriters, music producers and performers for one day.
You experience the entire process, from the idea to the finished song, and are the creators yourself.
They accomplish feats they might never have thought possible and, in doing so, exceed their own expectations. Despite all the concentration, the group also has a lot of fun.
Project participants often choose a theme for their song that relates to their particular life situation. This allows them to engage intensely with their thoughts and feelings, their experiences, their joys, their fears, and their hopes, and to give each other strength, self-confidence, and joy in life.
At the end of an incredibly intense day, the collaborative work is presented, with all participants receiving the song as an audio file. For most, this is a moment of excitement and pride, and for some, a very moving one.
writeyoursong is also available as an ONLINE PROJECT for all those who are not mobile or cannot leave the house for health reasons.
