Nick Woodland
Blues guitarist, artist, studio musician, songwriter
The British-born musician came to Munich with his family in 1970 and began his musical career. Initially as a band member and later as one of Munich's top studio musicians.
Although he was one of the most booked studio guitarists, Nick Woodland left the studio business in early 1979 to pursue his own music projects.
From the early to mid-1980s, there were studio recordings and tours with Marius Müller-Westernhagen. From 1992 to 2012, Nick was regularly in the studio and on tour with Georg Ringsgwandl.
At the same time, Nick developed his successful career as the blues act "Nick Woodland" with his own songs, live gigs and studio albums.
